- Act on auditing service of 08.11.1994 ¹ 3373-ÕII (with changes and additions);
- Provisions on auditing activity, established by Resolutions of Ministry of Finance;
- “Dicsa audit” intercompany rules worked out and adopted to develop foregoing standard acts.
Indispensable condition of concluding contracts in audit and consulting sphere is participation of our Company in settlement of the client’s disputes with the tax authorities which arise during tax examination of the periods, concerning to audit or consulting. We will provide the protection of our recommendations.

In audit contracts is made a reservation on the professional responsibility of firm for quality of the rendering services. Professional risks of the Dicsa audit Company are insured in the leading Belarusian insurance Company - Close Corporation for the sum of 50 million BYR. By request of the Customer we are ready to provide an individual approach to system of insurance.
