Amendments to the Law "On business companies"

Among conceptual amendments of law there is an expulsion of articles of incorporation from the list of constituent instruments, enactment of a notion "confidential information on the security market", also the establishment of the procedure of use and spreading of such information. In addition it is planned to sort out the list of affiliated persons of the business company, to specify the notion of a big deal etc.
