The procedure of concluding of investment agreements

It is assigned, that investment agreement with Belarus may be concluded for realization of investment projects on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, including creation and development of the organizations with the investor’s participation, who is having strategic importance. It is provided that the agreement will be concluded on the proposal of the investor or the Republic of Belarus. The preparation for investment agreements is carried out by the investor, public authority or executive committee on the basis, established by this provision.
