Amendments to currency legislation

Amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On currency regulation and currency control» are approved.

Permissible procedure on trust management of individuals’ assets beyond the territory of Belarus is established. Private persons refering their funds abroad must receive corresponding permission of the National bank. Such measure, assumed by legislation, is directed to the protection of belarusian investors’ interests abroad. Also the simplification of the procedure of sale of a share or interest in the capital stock of belarusian companies to investors is provided.
