The procedure of bankruptcy is specified

June 25, the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree ¹ 328 «On some measures for optimization of realization of economic insolvency (bankruptcy) procedures», which specified the procedure of bankruptcy.

During the bankruptcy proceedings the objects of the state housing fund, objects owned by state, also objects, transferred to the free use or lease, according to the legislation on the privatization are not included in the composition of property of a legal entity, concerning whom the commercial court has commenced proceedings on the case of economic insolvency (bankruptcy). It is determined the procedure of selling of an enterprise as a debtor’s property complex within the procedure of liquidation.
