Founded in 1997 as a single law office DICSA has developed into a legal and advisory group that operates in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Lithuania and Russia. DICSA Group provides complex advisory services for businesses, including all kind of legal advice, audits, tax preparation and strategies, detailed analysis of acquisitions and financial restructuring, accounting.

DICSA Group is a team of lawyers, tax consultants and accountants with background that includes extensive legal, tax and reorganization experience. Local specialists employed in our offices also aware of all local legal and cultural nuances to ensure tailor made services to suit needs of each particular Client in Eastern European legal environment.

The Belarusian office of the Company was founded in 1997. Nowadays lawyers, accountants, tax consultants, customs agents are working at our office. Since 2002 our office is a consultant on legal and tax issues of marketing department in Minsk of Trade Counselor of Austria. Since 2003 we advise the World Bank on the Doing Business project in such sections as corporate law, taxation and investment legislation. In 2009 our office became the partner of the Belarusian business portal www.bel.biz

	Vladimir Nemov Business Advisor Vladimir Nemov has been a managing partner of DICSA since 1997. He plays a significant role in group activity taking care of problem solving and crucial negotiations. Vladimir is also in charge for DICSA’s public relations and marketing. 	Antonina Ivanova Attorney-at-law Antonina Ivanova is a partner of DICSA Belarus office. She has been practicing law since 2003 and holds a certificate of Belarus Ministry of Justice to render legal services. Antonina has governed a number of M&A projects involving international M&A transactions. Participated as a lecturer in a series of International Corporate Law seminars. 	Olga Bezliapovich Attorney-At-Law Olga Bezliapovich is an office managing partner with DICSA Belarus and a Head of Corporate law department. She holds a certificate of Belarusian Ministry of Justice to render legal services. Olga has a significant experience in legal support of formation and restructuring of companies and published numerous publications on Belarusian Corporate Law. Languages: Russian, Belarusian, Polish. 	Elena Malahouskaya Manager of accounting department Elena Malahouskaya is a partner of DICSA Belarus office. She has a significant experience in accounting and advising of large industrial companies. Elena participated in restructuring transactions of companies with foreign investment as a tax consultant.
